Join us on Saturday, November 8th from 1pm-8pm at the Posse Grounds Pavilion for the second year city of Sedona’s newest community celebration, the Fest of Fall! Enjoy all the best aspects of your favorite fall events in one that has it all…the Fest of Fall.

This year’s Fest of Fall will include:

• Food Trucks of all kinds and flavors
• Beer Tent serving a variety of brews from Dark Sky Brewery (Flagstaff)
• Vendors crafters, Non-Profits, Educators, Retail & more…
• Pickleball Tournament (Register Here!)
• Cornhole Tournament (Register Here!)
  • 4-8pm, prizes all throughout!
• Kid’s Zone join local educators and schools for activities and fun from 1-5pm!

    • 1:00-1:30  Free To Be Me Drumming and Family Parade
    • 2:00-2:30  Magical Michael Steele – Magic & Yo-Yo Tricks
    • 3:00-3:30  Kid’s Challenge Competitions, hosted by the RRHS Interact Club
    • 4:00-4:30  Science Is Fun! brought to you by the Science Vortex of Verde Valley
  • Who’s Going to be there?
    • Sedona Camp – will host a colorful arts and crafts station where children can explore their imagination through hands-on projects inspired by nature, creativity, and play. Kids will enjoy creating fun crafts they can take home while connecting with others in a joyful and encouraging environment. Learn more about Sedona Camp
    • K.E.E.P. (Kid’s Empowerment Enrichment Program) will offer interactive empowerment and movement activities for all ages—fun, energetic challenges that help kids build confidence, teamwork, and focus. After School Martial Arts Programs | K.E.E.P. After School Program
    • Sedona Charter School
    • Running River School – will be leading colorful corncobs as a craft for the kids as well as selling handmade beeswax candles. Learn more about Running River School
    • Scorpion Booster Club – will be hosting a basketball-based interactive activity for the kids!
    • Toys for Tots – will be distributing information on how families receive assistance for holiday gift giving.
    • Fresh Pressed Lemonade Stand – Young entrepreneurs will be serving fresh pressed lemonade for sale!

The Fest of Fall, as with all other City of Sedona Signature Events, strives to be Low or Zero Waste. To help us achieve this sustainability goal, please consider some ways to support this initiative:

• Bring a reusable water bottle! A mobile chilled water refill station will be provided at this event, and you can enter to win a FREE raffle at the Ripple Effect Booth by showing your reusable water bottle! Winners will receive a Stashers brand reusable food storage bag!
• Please be sure to properly dispose of any material or food waste. Recycling and composting waste stations are available throughout the event space.
• Walk, Bike, Carpool or take Public Transportation to our events. Bike Racks are available nearby the event location!

Take Transit to Fest of Fall

There are several options to get to Fest of Fall without having to worry about traffic or parking. Plus, all event attendees who ride a bike or arrive via any form of public transit will receive a FREE Rider’s Raffle ticket and will be eligible to win a $100 Visa Gift Card! • A FREE Event Shuttle will be running ALL DAY for this event, with pickups 2x per hour to and from the West SR 89A Park & Ride (905 Upper Red Rock Loop Rd) Pickups at the Park & Ride will occur at :15 after and :45 after the hour, starting at 1:15pm.
• Sedona Shuttle Connect can pick you up nearly anywhere within Sedona City Limits (check the map to make sure your location is included) and take you right to the event, all on your schedule.
